ReGo – Regional To Go
ReGo is a web application that focuses on discovering local producers within your area. Our project aims on promoting sustainable shopping and move the vendors into the spotlight.
Regional To Go, or ReGo for short, aims to (re)discover regional and sustainable shopping. Anyone who would like to sell their products, regardless of whether it is a fruit stand or a farm shop, has the opportunity to create a profile in this web application so that they can present their products and themselves.
With ReGo we offer a platform that local producers can use to draw attention to themselves by presenting their shop. The shops are marked on a map and also displayed to non-registered users. In this way, potential buyers can discover local shops in their region and combine their planned afternoon walk with a regional purchase.
ReGo is not a sales platform or an online shop. ReGo is meant to encourage people to go out as well as discovering and supporting local vendors. In addition, ReGo offers a news section and a place for recipe ideas to connect people and strengthen the will to "buy local-regional-sustainable".
